Our Elite Performance Club is designed for motivated athletes only!!!

Our small group training session are designed to provide the high level of supervision necessary to monitor and teach proper exercise form while at the same time providing the motivation and comradery that a group setting offers. By creating a better learning environment, the participants develop safe technique while optimizing their strength and endurance gains.

6-Group training

These intense, small group sessions combine supervision for precision teaching of technique with group motivation. It is to help athletes of all sports become “more athletic” Our philosophy is to create an athlete first, then progress into sport specific training once we have built a solid athletic foundation. This process alone improves your sport performance! We program sport specific drills as the athlete develops.

2 Levels:

Level 1: 4 Day Club:

This club meets 4 times per week with the following programming schedule:

Mon/Fri- Olympic Weightlifting/ Power/ Core

Tues/Thurs – Metabolic Conditioning/ Sport Specific

Rates: $369.95 plus tax for a 4 week period

 

Level 2: 6 Day Club

This club meets 6 times per week with the following programming schedule:

Mon/Fri – Olympic Weightlifting/ Power

Tu/Thurs – Metabolic Conditioning/ Sport Specific/ Speed

Wed/Sat – Upper body Power/ Strength/ Core

Rates: $499.95 plus tax for a 4 week period
